RETURN POLICY
Our company will be happy to accept all returns in exchange for store credit under the following conditions:
We must recieve all returns within 30 days of shipment, the costumer is responsible for all shipping charges for exchanges.
We will not except returns on any tights, undergarments, books, videos, DVD's, toe pads or hair accessories
All sale items and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns must be sent to us with the postage paid.
Returns must be in origional package for resale with tags attatched, undamaged, unwashed and unworn. Shoe boxes should be unmarked and undamaged.
Please include a note to explain your reason for your return with a copy of the origional reciept. Otherwise your return will be not be accepted and returned to you at your charge.
We recomend the customer insure their return, as we are not responsible for lost items.
BACK ORDERS
It is our intent to have all advertised items in stock.However,if any item needs to be back ordered,we will ship the item as soon as possible. In stock items will be shipped out when ordered unless you request to have your order shipped complete when we recieve the back ordered item.
